1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Great Custom Boxes website and services. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any service, you agree to comply with these Terms.
We may update or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. Please review this page periodically.
2. Account Registration
Some features may require account creation. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach. We are not liable for losses caused by failure to protect your account credentials.
3. Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, shipping method, carrier operations, and destination. We work with third-party shipping providers and are not liable for delays, damages, or losses that occur during transit after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for applicable shipping fees, duties, taxes, and international charges unless otherwise stated. Risk of loss transfers once goods are handed to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to customised production, many orders are final sale. We may provide a limited remedy for verified manufacturing defects only. Claims relating to defects should be reported within 30 days of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence.
Custom packaging cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Design errors approved by the customer, standard colour tolerances, or changes requested after production begins are not eligible for refund.
6. Defective Products
A defect means a failure to meet agreed specifications due to a manufacturing error. The following are not considered defects:
- Minor colour variations within normal industry tolerances
- Slight dimensional variations within acceptable manufacturing tolerance levels
- Shipping or handling damage caused after dispatch
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues resulting from non-compliant or low-quality artwork files
For verified defects, our sole remedy may be replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution at our discretion.
7. Artwork & Graphics Submission
You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork files that meet our required specifications, including correct colour mode, resolution, bleed, and text formatting where applicable.
We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or low-resolution files. Additional charges may apply if file correction or design adjustment services are required.
8. Colour Proofing
Digital proofs are provided for layout and content approval only. Final printed colour may vary depending on screen calibration, substrates, inks, printing methods, and finishing materials.
If strict colour matching is required, customers should request a physical proof or specify Pantone colours. Additional charges may apply for these services.
9. Customer Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. However, by placing an order, you grant Great Custom Boxes a non-exclusive licence to use that content solely for producing, processing, and fulfilling your order.
You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions for any artwork, logos, text, or other materials submitted, and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
10. Quantity Variations
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, delivered quantities may vary slightly from the ordered amount. We may deliver quantities within normal production tolerance ranges, and billing may reflect the actual quantity delivered.

You agree to use our services lawfully and not to request products or submit content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable laws, or contains offensive, unlawful, or prohibited material.
15. Indemnification

17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of opportunity.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We encourage disputes to first be addressed through good faith communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
